Cleveland Clinic Planning 7,400-Square-Foot Office in Florida
Cleveland Clinic is planning to open a new, 7,400-square-foot facility in Wellington, Florida, Palm Beach Post reported.
Construction is scheduled to begin in September, and the building is expected to be completed in January 2018.
The office, which will have 22 exam rooms, will offer primary care, cardiology and gastroenterology.

University of Louisville’s 171,000-Square-Foot Project Under Construction
University of Louisville recently celebrated the topping off of its 171,000-square-foot, to-be-built Pediatrics Medical Office Building, which is scheduled to open in July 2018, Healthcare Design Magazine reported.
Once completed, the building will house the general pediatrics, as well as the university’s specialty and subspecialty children’s programs.

Jacobs Development Company and Pacific Medical Buildings (PMB) recently broke ground on a two-story, 27,000-square-foot medical office building in Riverside, California, according to Healthcare Design Magazine.
Once it’s completed at the end of 2017, the facility will be 100% occupied by national provider of freestanding, fixed-site diagnostic imaging services RadNet.
The project’s architect is Ware Malcomb.
Dignity Health Breaks Ground on Medical Office Building in California
Dignity Health Medical Foundation recently broke ground on a new 68,000-square-foot medical office building in Citrus Heights, California.
Slated to open in spring 2019, the Mercy Medical Group Citrus Heights Medical Office Building will house 50 doctors providing a wide variety of primary and specialty care services. The new building is part of a $30 million investment in the local community, according to a press release.
Kaiser Permanente Medical Office Building Underway in Porter Ranch, California
Construction recently started for The Vineyards of Porter Ranch, a $150 million, 345,000-square-foot open-air mall that will feature shops, restaurants, a hotel, movie theaters, apartments and a Kaiser Permanente medical office building, the Los Angeles Daily News reported.

Spectrum Health recently reopened a three-story, 35,500-square-foot medical office building in Grand Rapids, Michigan, following a $6 million renovation, MLive reported.
The building will now house two Spectrum Health Medical Group internal medicine and pediatrics primary care practices, as well as rehabilitation, occupational health, lab and radiology services.
