JGMA to Design MOB in Chicago

Chicago-based design firm JGMA is set to design a new three-story, 48,500-square-foot medical building in Chicago’s Brighton Park neighborhood, Curbed Chicago reported.

The project, Esperanza Brighton Park Health Center, was granted a zoning amendment by the Chicago Plan Commission on Nov. 17.

The MOB will anchor the corner of California Avenue and 47th Street, and a 171-stall surface parking lot is expected to be built on the rear portion of the property. It has not been announced when the project is set to break ground.
